Rate Systems - We offer liquid flow systems to accurately measure liquid in
pipelines. Electronic monitors can display flow rates, totals and control
remote equipment for proportional metering of chemicals. Systems will use paddle wheel,
vortex or magnetic flow sensors. Details

Fluid Batching Systems - The
batching of liquids can be done by measuring the liquid within a pipeline or by
controlling the amount of liquid that is pumped. Dependent upon the liquid and
application would determine which type of system would be used. Details

Chemical
Control Systems - pH and ORP control monitors are the center of systems with
pumps or actuated valves to adjust the condition back to the desired level. Details

Engineered Skid Mounted Systems - Digital Analysis Systems are
custom designed for your requirements. Ready to plumb and wire

Liquid Conductivity Systems
- Using controller and monitors to measure conductivity of DI water, boiler or cooling
tower water or other chemical processes, will provide signals or relays to make decisions
as a result of the measurements. Details
Reverse Osmosis Monitoring System - Combine
flow with conductivity for total system control for RO water systems. |

Liquid Level Systems
Level systems
can monitor single points for on-off control of pumps or valves. Systems can also
monitor exact levels within tanks for control of solution inventory. Details

Chemical Metering Pumps --
Used to add the required acid or caustic chemicals for the desired chemical reaction. The
control signal can be on-off for starting a fixed speed pump or proportional signal
that can control the rate of flow from the metering pumps. Pumps will be constructed of
corrosion resistant materials and will be electric solenoid, electric motor or air
driven. Pumps can be supplied with chemical tanks (day tanks) that incorporate level
control or mixers.
Mixing Tanks -- Tanks are
constructed of materials suitable for the chemical reactions of neutralization. They are
often polyethylene, polypropylene or fiberglass. Mixers within the tank will allow
for complete solution mixing. Mixers can be propeller type or flow eductors systems.
Recorders -- Available to display
and record the pH levels of the solution during and after processing. Recorders
produce a paper record or electronic data to record the results. |
