The perfect solution to waste-water removal

The J Series of electrical submersible pumps from BJM offers top performance and excellent quality for a very modest price. The J-family of pumps are designed for long life and trouble-free performance. The motor casing, hardware and impeller shafts are made of 304 S.S., with all other exposed parts made of cast-iron*. To protect the motor, pumps ½ HP and up, feature double mechanical seals which work in separate oil chamber. In addition, an oil seal ring has been installed under the oil chamber. All BJM pumps are equipped with a thermal breaker. Pumps, 1 hp and up, have overload protection against overheating and low or high amperage. JH Series is a high head (pressure) group within the J Series.

JX-SS STAINLESS STEEL PUMPS Superior motor protection for longer life, less maintenance and less downtime.  To protect the motor, all pumps feature double mechanical seals, which work in a separate oil chamber. The lower seal is made of Silicon Carbide. In addition, an oil-seal ring made of Viton has been installed under the oil chamber. All pumps are equipped with thermal overload protection against overheating. Each pump is tested at factory, both for performance as well as for safety.  Level controls and level control systems are available.

Outstanding Features - All parts exposed to pumped liquids are made of 316 Stainless Steel. Pump housing, Impeller and Pump-top are made in cast 316 Stainless Steel. Elastomers are made of Viton. JX55SS and JX75SS Models - The 7.5 and 10 hp models are designed with an outer sleeve on the Impeller shaft. Two oil seal rings, upper and lower, rides on this replaceable shaft, which prevents the formation of groves on the impeller, shaft itself.  May be supplied with an optional Slide Rail System.
