BJM Metal Sump Pumps - Offering submersible
pumps for waste transfer pumping applications with motor horsepower from .15 to
30 HP. Submersible pumps are designed for pumping
water with a small amount of solids or a large amount of solids.
The solids can be passed through the pump or in some designs, the solids are reduced in
size or ground up similar to a garbage disposal. For non-corrosive service, cast
iron or hardened cast iron alloy, is usually best from a cost and wear resistance
standpoint. For mild corrosive service, 304 or 316 stainless steel can be offered
for many of the models. For tight spaces, a slim-line top discharge offers a smaller
overall diameter. It is recommend that GFI be used for all pumps used in a
portable application. Most pumps are supplied with a
SJOW (Neoprene) cord as standard. EPDM cord is available as an option (about $ 5.00 a foot price adder.) Pumps must not be used for pumping flammables.

J-H - High Head - For waste water removal - Motor casing, hardware and impeller shaft are 304SS with all other parts constructed of durable cast iron. 1HP to 10 HP
JX-SS - Side Discharge - All components in contact with liquid are 316SS. 1/2 HP to 10 HP

SV Series - Sewage and Trash Pump with Vortex Impeller - Cast iron impeller and pump housing with outer pump casing, motor casing, pump shaft and motor housing of 304SS. Vortex impeller for passing maximum solid sizes. 1 HP to 10 HP
SK Series - Shredder Pump - Cast iron impeller and pump housing with outer pump casing, motor casing, pump shaft and motor housing of 304SS. Shredder will cut solids down in size to allow pumping. 1 HP to 10 HP

G Series - Grinder Pump - Cast iron impeller and pump housing with outer pump casing, motor casing, pump shaft and motor housing of 304SS. Impeller and grinding wheel are super-hardened high chromium cast iron construction. Designed for grinding of vegetable matter, thin pieces of plastic or cloth-like material. Used when pumping on long pipe runs or when using small diameter piping. 1 1/2 HP to 5 HP

Heavy Duty Dewatering
A great solution for dewatering settling basins, retention ponds, wash sumps or any pump job with tough silt, sand or coal fines. The KB-Series offer top discharge performance and excellent quality for a very modest investment.
KZN Series - Heavy Duty for Sand / Sludge / Slurry
Service -
Features agitator to stir up sand, solids and slurries to prevent the pump from clogging. Hard chromium impeller and agitator. 5 to 30 HP. Sil-carbide double mechanical seals in oil filled motor chamber.
PGV
Series - Horizontal Submersible with Recessed Vortex Impeller

For large solids and tough slurries. The recessed impeller design is self-venting and provides a good choice for temporary open pit pumping. 7.5 to 30 HP provides flows to 900 GPM
