Magnetic sealed centrifugal for pure to aggressive liquids without the problems associated with singe or double mechanical seals.  We have choices of open and closed impeller diameters from 4.5" to 6.3" to match your exact flow needs.  Magnets are high strength Neodymium encased in thermoplastic.  They are selected to provide the ability to handle solution specific gravity up to 1.80.  Bushing materials include carbon (standard) that allow for dry running without damage.  For more corrosive service such as bleach or chromic acid, PTFE bushing provide outstanding corrosion resistance.  If high abrasive wear is a concern, a ceramic bushing is offered.   Bushings are replaceable if wear occurs.   Impeller vanes are replaceable without replacing the magnet / bushing assembly.  Viton or EPDM head o-ring provides a positive seal against leakage.  

With most brands, impellers are trimmed for high solution specific gravity - this reduces the performance of the pump.  Not with this group - motor and impeller combinations are selected to meet your unique requirements for solutions up to 1.8 Sp. Gr. or more.  

Good interchangeability of parts between pump sizes.  Wouldn't it be nice to have parts that fit more than just one pump?

Please note a limit of this pump is the working pressure of 70 PSI.  This is a limiting factor regarding larger impellers and heavier solutions.  Suction inlet pressures must also be considered.  Please provide details prior to selection of this pump to KTH Sales for our recommendations. 

Motors are standard 184C or 213TC with metric 90, 100 or 112 frame options.  Special OEM motors are a thing of the past.  3 to 10 HP motors are available in TEFC, Chem Duty or EXProof enclosures.  IEC metric units are also available with option of BSP threads.  Pump less motors for OEM, resale or replacement are available and stocked in our KTH Sales warehouse.

Piping connections:  KC22 -  2" FNPT suction x 2" MNPT discharge -  KC 32 - 3" flanged suction x 2" flanged discharge.
