KC magnetic driven
centrifugal pumps are designed for leak free service for corrosive
chemicals. These pumps are constructed of glass filled polypropylene or
carbon filled PVDF materials that will offer outstanding corrosion resistance.
The polypro material is suitable for solution temperatures up to 180F and PVDF
up to 220F. Carbon bushing (or optional PTFE) and ceramic shafts provide for long service
life. High strength Neodymimiun rare earth magnets provide compact
strength in the design of these magnetic driven sealless pumps. Viton or
EPDM o-ring is used to provide a leak free seal.
KC 3 pump provides flow rates to 12 GPM and is provide with a 1/8 HP - ODP motor. Maximum solution specific gravity is 1.0. (water and water like solution density)
KC 4 pump is similar to the KC 3 with an upgraded 1/4 HP - TEFC motor. This provides the ability to handle heavier liquids up to 1.8 specific gravity solutions (such as 90+% sulfuric acid).
KC 5 pump
provides additional flow rates to 15 GPM and pressure. Supplied with 1/3 HP - TEFC
motor as a standard.
