Finish Thompson - VKC11 Series Pumps
During January 1999 a modification was made in the way that the shaft and drive magnet at attached.
A keyway with key and set screw was the previous method used to attach the drive magnet to the shaft. This was replaced with the current threaded / locknut system.
The following parts have been changed and will require to be observed.
Drive Shaft - current has threaded end and requires a lock nut
Drive Magnet - current has internal threads and a recess for a lock nut
Column housing adapter - current does not have an access opening for set screw tightening - note that the parts drawing indicates that it is there.
