  Switch Car

  The heart of the Smart Trak fitting is the adjustable level switch car. The unique car enables FlowLine level switches to be positioned at any depth along the entire length of track. Such flexibility allows for the quick assembly, fine tune adjustment and easy reconfiguration of your level switch points.

Switch Pak™ Single Switch Fitting

• Ideal single-switch installation fitting for high or low level switch applications
• Single-switch installation is made simple and cost effective
• Switch Pak™ fitting is offered in custom lengths from 4 inches to 8 feet
• Compatible with FlowLine level switches, relay controllers and junction boxes
• Constructed of PP or PVDF materials for corrosive liquid environments
• Entire level switch assembly installs through 2" NPT fitting
• Compact junction box rated NEMA 4X for power and signal termination with ½" conduit connection.
• Side mount bracket provides easy installation in open tanks or sumps.

Side Mount Bracket

For open tanks or sumps, select the side mount bracket for quick installation to the sidewall. The PP mounting bracket is fully compatible with both Switch Pak™and Smart Trak™ installation fittings and is designed for bolt or heat weld attachment to the vessel.

Closed Top Tanks -- Provide a 2" FNPT -- No special fitting required.
