Using the 546 true union ball valve, GF combines a visually attractive and heavy duty actuator for this package. The actuator is corrosion resistant polypropylene to prevent attack from exterior chemical attack. A large visual indicator on the top of the actuator advises position of the valve. The thermoplastic mounting kit is corrosion resistant and can easily be added or removed in minutes even with the valve installed in the piping system. An optional manual over ride features a depress and turn handle to disengage the valve from the actuator to change position. The valve will engage automatically when the valve and actuator are in the same position. The over ride handle indicates the position of the valve at all times. Type 025 - Normally Closed, Normally
Open or Double Acting (air x air) A newer compact design. Features include safety spring sets, NAMUR interface air port system, visual position indicator. Modular components accessories are listed below. Actuator housing is constructed of glass-filled polypropylene for weight and corrosion considerations.

TYPE 211 – Y- Globe Valve This valve is pneumatically actuated. Body is clear PVC material and actuator is gray PVC material. Sealing elements in the actuator are neoprene rubber and springs are corrosion resistant stainless steel. Available in spring to close configuration with stroke speed adjustable between 1 and 15 seconds to prevent system "water hammer." Position indicator speed control.

| Note: As of 2005, George Fischer has retired the type 346 2-way ball valve. As a result, this retires Type 223, 224, 225 and 226 pneumatic valves and 115 - 199 electric valves. Replacement valves and part are dependent upon limited inventories that may be available. The PA10 and PA20 actuators and electric actuators will continue to be available for some time due to their current usage on three way valves. | |

An manual over ride is incorporated within the actuator. The over ride handle mounted on the top indicates the position of the valve at all times. The actuator is Type EA05 - The actuator is corrosion resistant nylon to prevent attack from exterior chemical attack. The unidirectional AC motor is rated for 35% DUTY CYCLE. Includes extra switches allow for feed back relay of valve position. 110 volt standard with DIN connector. Optional 220volt or 24 VAC.
