Using the 546 true union ball valve, GF combines a visually attractive and heavy duty actuator for this package.  The actuator is corrosion resistant polypropylene to prevent attack from exterior chemical attack.  A large visual indicator on the top of the actuator advises position of the valve.  The thermoplastic mounting kit is corrosion resistant  and can easily be added or removed in minutes even with the valve installed in the piping system.  An optional manual over ride  features a depress and turn handle to disengage the valve from the actuator to change position.  The valve will engage automatically when the valve and actuator are in the same position.  The over ride handle indicates the position of the valve at all times.

GF Electric Actuated True Union Ball Valve 1/2" - 4"  - Type 107 & 133

George Fischer Actuated Diaphragm Valves

Actuators are constructed of glass filled polypropylene material for resistance to corrosive atmospheric fumes.  All other exposed area are protected with plastic plug.  A needle valve is built into the air port to allow for speed control of the valve.   The valves include metal inserts molded into the bottom of the body for mounting support.

TYPE 211 – Y- Globe Valve

This valve is pneumatically actuated. Body is clear PVC material and actuator is gray PVC material. Sealing elements in the actuator are neoprene rubber and springs are corrosion resistant stainless steel. Available in spring to close configuration with stroke speed adjustable between 1 and 15 seconds to prevent system "water hammer." Position indicator speed control.
