LaBour LPLA / LHLA - 

Since 1921, LaBour has been know for providing self-priming pumps for the chemical process industry.  For over 55 years the LaBour has produced nickel alloys to meet the demand for corrosive chemicals.  The original design of the self-primer has only been improved -- no check / foot valves are required for priming -- the optional suction trap is used to prevent solids from entering the process.  The LPLA share ANSI design bearing housing with the LVA ANSI standard chemical process pumps.  The back pull-out design allows maintenance of bearing and seal assemblies without removal of piping.  The classic predecessors of this pump design have a long history of service life well beyond 25 years.

LaBour DHL / DPL - Self-Priming Horizontal Centrifugal Chemical Process Pumps

  The classic predecessor of the above LPLA pump.  This design has a long history of service life - well beyond 25 years.  This series offers additional sizes, higher maximum pressures and flow rates.  Not limited by ANSI design standards of interchangeability, one piece bearing housing/adapters support the higher loads associated with larger pumps.  Alloy bearing housing options for corrosive environmental areas.  The original design of the self-primer has only been improved -- no check or foot valves are required for priming -- the suction trap is used to prevent solids from entering the process.
