SC Series

SC Series - Pumps for semi corrosive chemicals designed with encapsulated driven impeller magnet, glass filled polypro head / impeller and Nitrile o-ring cover seal. Shaft and thrust washers are 99.5% pure alumina ceramic. Fluid temperature up to 150 F.

2-MD-SC – Metal mounting bracket . Open fan-cooled motor has sleeve bearings. 1/25 HP – 410 GPH @ 6 feet – ½" threaded MNPT discharge and ½" threaded FNPT intake ports. Cat’l # 580603 (115V) & #580613 (230V)

3-MD-SC – Open fan-cooled motor has ball bearings. 1/12 HP – 665 GPH @ 6 feet – ½" threaded MNPT discharge and ¾" threaded FNPT intake ports. Cat’l # 581503 (115V) #581513 – 60Hz and #581576 – 50Hz both (230V) 584604L.jpeg (8207 bytes)

4-MD-SC – Open fan-cooled PSC motor has sleeve bearings. 1/10 HP – 765 GPH @ 6 feet – ½" threaded MNPT discharge and 1" threaded FNPT intake ports. Cat’l # 582503 (115V)

TE-4-MD-SC – Same as 4-MD- SC with totally enclosed (TE) fan- cooled motor Cat’l #582514 (230V)

5-MD-SC – Open fan-cooled PSC motor has sleeve bearings. Thermally protected. 1/8 HP – 920 GPH @ 6 feet – ½" threaded MNPT discharge and 1" threaded FNPT intake ports. Cat’l # 583503 (115V) and #583513 (230V)

TE-5-MD-SC – Same features as model 5-MD-SC with totally enclosed (TE) fan-cooled motor. 1090 GPH @ 6 feet. Cat’l #584504 (115/230V)

Motors for pumps - Motors for all units are standard with a Open Fan Cooled. For motors 1/8 HP and larger, they may be upgraded to a Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled (TE or TEFC). The pump model number will start with the letters TE when this motor is used. TE motors are recommended for applications when the fumes of the liquid could cause damage to the motor.
