Motors for pumps - Motors for all units are standard with a Open Fan Cooled. For motors 1/8 HP and larger, they may be upgraded to a Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled (TE or TEFC). The pump model number will start with the letters TE when this motor is used. TE motors are recommended for applications when the fumes of the liquid could cause damage to the motor. Explosion Proof (EP) motors are available for the 3/4HP pump when required. |
