Motors for Drum Pump Tubes Air and Electric Lutz drum pump or mixers are are combined with the correct motor to form a unit. Motor selection is a function of the environment that the unit will be used. Open drip motors are often selected for closed top drum even when pumping corrosive chemicals. TEFC and explosion proof motors are selected for more hazardous services. |
