Using an evaporator with a chrome plating tank - additional benefits
Cooling of the solution
Many chrome plating baths require heating in the morning before the plating begins and then cooling as the work begins.
Evaporating the chrome plating tank during plating will remove heat and will reduce or eliminate other cooling requirements. The circulation pump could be turned on with a simple temperature controller for regulating the cooling.
The evaporator air is taken to the scrubber or mist eliminator. A mist eliminator is also incorporated within the evaporator.
