The above performance is for rubber elastomers -- The maximum flow will be reduced by about 20% when using Teflon Diaphragms.  This is due to a shorter pump stroke length.

Performance is a balance of the incoming air supply pressure and quantity (SCFM) verses the piping system resistance. 

As example -- 80 PSI air supply - would pump 3 GPM with 20 PSI and use 7 SCFM.  If the back pressure of the system were reduced, the flow would be increased.

The use of a solenoid controller can provide for a fixed flow rate.
