World Chemical GS and GSF horizontal magnetic sealed pumps

Glass Filled Polypropylene (GFR PP) and Carbon Filled (CFR) ETFE designed for reliable service life - closed coupled with TEFC motors.  PPS (polyphenylene sulfide resin) internal bushing helps radiate heat during periods of dry-running.  Standard shaft materials is 99.5% high purity ceramic.  


Compact Series

16 GS - 16GSH - 20GS   - 1/4 or 1/3 HP with high flow impeller offer flow rates to 35 GPM or high pressure impellers for pressures to 63 feet.

  • 1" FNPT inlet x 1" MNPT outlet - hose, flanged and unions upon special request.
  • Temperatures to 158F
  • Specific gravity - GFR PP  - 1.1 or CFR ETFE up to 1.9*
  • PTFE bushing with high purity ceramic shaft
  • FPM or EPDM head O-ring

Motors 

  • V-ring and oil seal enhancements for additional resistance of corrosive attack to extend the life of the motor
  • 16GS or GSF - 1/4 HP - 115V/1 or 230V/3
  • 16GSH(F) or 20GS(F) - 1/3 HP - 115V/1 or 230V/3

* Note:  ETFE impellers are trimmed for high specific gravity solutions of 1.1, 1.5 or 1.9
            ETFE model number end with the letter F  ie:  20 GSF

400GS(F)- 401GS(F)

  • 3/4 and 1 HP  - single or three phase TEFC
  • 1 1/2" suction x 1 1/2" discharge with flow rates to 77 GPM

402GS(F)

  • 1 1/2 or 2 HP - three phase TEFC motors
  • 2" suction x 1 1/2" discharge with flow rates to 106 GPM

403GS(F)

  • 3 HP - three phase TEFC motors
  • 2" suction x 1 1/2" discharge with flow rates to 119 GPM

405 GS(F)

  • 5 HP - three phase TEFC motors
  • 2" suction x 1 1/2" discharge with flow rates to 150 GPM

Motors - Designed to use standard NEMA frame 56C or 184TC - TEFC standard
