Flows to 10800 GPH

Horizontal centrifugal pump with filter chamber-only CPVC in contact with solution. Excellent for most plating solutions with standard single seal -- high temperature or abrasive will require the optional double mechanical seal and water flush assembly.

Pumps include HV or HN Series centrifugal pumps. Chambers are C Series. Options include priming chamber, double water flushed seal, special piping for series filtration, slurry tank and casters. System can be modified for the use of high flow - high dirt load bag filters.

Systems are complete with chamber gauge, vent, control valve, set of filters -- even 20 feet of vinyl hose for to and from the tank.

Other combinations using 40" filters can also be configured.

The use of solution eductors will increase solution agitation but not the filtration rate. A larger sized pump is usually used when eductors are used. Tell me more about eductors.
