     HV Series   horizontal centrifugal pumps are designed to the latest hydraulic technology.  The volute design offer high efficiency and hydraulic balance for the impeller.  All units are supplied with a TEFC motor as standard.

Pump is constructed of CPVC thermoplastic.  Mechanical seal is carbon vs. ceramic (optional carbon vs. silicon carbide) with Viton® elastomer.  The seal configuration can be outside mounted (standard), inside mounted (Diplo) or double water flushed (requires 3 - 5 GPH water).

     HN Series  horizontal centrifugal pumps are designed to the latest hydraulic technology.  The volute design offer high efficiency and hydraulic balance for the impeller.  All units are supplied with a TEFC motor as standard.

Pump is constructed of CPVC thermoplastic.  Mechanical seal is carbon vs. ceramic (optional carbon vs. silicon carbide) with EPDM or Viton® elastomer.  The seal configuration can be outside mounted (standard) or double water flushed (requires 3 - 5 GPH water).

The pump's suction cover is closed using a T-bolt saddle -- allowing for easy service and reliable sealing using an O-ring.  HN Series pump are mounted on a 184JP motor -- this would allow motor being furnished by local sources.

Note regarding the motor horsepower supplied with the pump - The required motor horsepower supplied for the pump may need to be increased dependent upon the specific gravity of the liquid being pumped. Use the below chart to adjust for specific gravity for HV and HN pumps.
