Magnetic Drive Pump/Filter Systems Flows to 10,080 GPH Sealless magnetic drive pump with CPVC,
polypropylene or PVDF filter chamber make this combination one of the most popular type of
filter systems made. Using M or MT Series pumps allows for a trouble free and long life.
No metal in contact with solution. Priming chambers are available when required
for most models of pumps. System can be modified for the use of high flow - high
dirt load bag filters. Systems are complete with chamber gauge, vent, control valve, set of filters -- even 20 feet of vinyl hose for to and from the tank. Chambers can be CPVC, polypropylene or PVDF -- systems can be tailored to meet your specifications with special piping such as parallel or series. | The flow
rates are calculated using 15 micron wound filter tubes and a medium dirt load.
Clean tube rates will be higher. Using pleated filters or bag chamber will increase the
filtration rates. Chamber material will be CPVC - Specify for polypropylene chambers in lieu of CPVC however not available on all sizes. Most systems are available with PVDF pumps in lieu of polypropylene. Most chambers (except 6C) are available in PVDF.

Special systems are common -- use a larger pump to
obtain additional pressure for solution spargers or eductors, or use a larger chamber for
additional dirt holding. We will provide solid PVDF piping upon request and at an
additional charge.
